The Best Years said...: What a fabulous weekend...thank you Melody and Kevin for opening your home to all of us...and Dee...what can I say...you did fantastic girl! Hard to get back to reality...but it hit me hard today...our truck (Rick's Dodge truck) was stolen today from the parking lot in front of my building! Reme and I had eaten lunch sitting in the truck listening to music on my IPod (which was in the truck and gone too) at 1:30 and when I came out at 5:00 it was gone. Called the police, they were there quite quickly and took down the information but the bottom line is it is likely already taken apart for the wheels, engine etc. Anyway...we will see but sure bummed me out today. Talk to you later.

Bingo. The kids said it was one of their highlights for the weekend. We are still recuperating after a LONG drive home, Levi had diarrhea because we accidentally gave him too much juice and the baby was tired and screaming. But the trip itself was a great time and it was neat to see everyone. All the kiddos are growing up so fast. Thanks again for welcoming us all. Hope you are getting some rest after a very busy weekend!

Dee said...: Thanks for your hospitality Mel, I know you were nervous and reluctant but as usual things turned out nicely. It was a fun weekend. Bingo was good, we'll have to try that again sometime and the quiche was delicious. It's fun to see which pictures everyone choses to put on their blog. There are so many to chose from!!
